SHIPPING POLICY

The domain name www.drench.co.in is owned and operated by Drench Essentials LLP, having our registered address at C5/23, Ground Floor, Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurugram, Haryana – 122003 (hereinafter referred to as “Drench” or “We” or “Us”).

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “Business” individually and collectively refer to Drench Essentials LLP and the terms “Visitor”, “User” or “You” refer to the users.

 

 

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Once your order is placed, You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
  • Once dispatched, You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details and the courier partner handling your shipment.
  • We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Tracking is usually active within 24 hours of dispatch.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery (Domestic – India)

  • Shipping within India is free of charge.
  • Products are inspected, securely packed, and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Delivery timelines within India are typically 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided. If they are unable to reach You, they will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Drench. In such cases, re-shipping may require additional confirmation from You.

 

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, an order confirmation email or mobile verification may be required before processing.
  • COD orders may be subject to availability based on your pincode/service area.

 

 

International Shipping

  • At present, Drench does not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our delivery services in the future.

 

 

Delivery Timelines & Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • While we strive to deliver promptly, Drench shall not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
