RETURN POLICY

Reasons for Return

Return Policy makes it possible for You to request a return only if You receive a damaged or defective product or if the package delivered is missing one or more products or accessories.

The domain name www.drench.co.in is owned and operated by Drench Essentials LLP, having our registered address at C5/23, Ground Floor, Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurugram, Haryana – 122003 (hereinafter referred to as “Drench” or “We” or “Us”).

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “Business” individually and collectively refer to Drench Essentials LLP and the terms “Visitor”, “User” or “You” refer to the users.

 

 

Conditions for Return

  • Notification Timeline
    • You must notify us of receipt of a damaged or defective product, or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, or the package delivered is missing products/accessories.
    • An email with clear photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product and outer packaging must be sent to care@drench.co.in within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to accept the request.

  • Product Condition

    • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with original price tags, labels, barcodes, invoice, and any accessories or freebies received.
    • If any product is returned without these essentials, the return shall not be accepted and the product will be sent back to You.
  • Packaging
    • The return package must be securely and adequately packed to prevent any damage during transit.
    • Returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by Drench in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint.


Return Process

  • Once your request is received and verified, it will take a minimum of 7–12 business days to process.
  • Drench may arrange for a pickup through a logistics service provider. You will be notified via email/SMS on your registered contact details.
  • If pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to ship the product to our address using a reliable courier service.
  • Upon receipt and successful quality check of the returned product, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS.

  • Refund & Replacement Timelines

    • We offer a 1-day return policy.

    • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Replacements will be delivered within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability.
  • Eligible cases will be provided either:
    • A replacement of the product (subject to availability), OR
    • A refund of the product value (excluding shipping charges), credited to your original payment method.


Refusal of Return Requests

  • Drench reserves the right to refuse or cancel any return request if it does not comply with this Return Policy.
  • If the request is refused, You will not be eligible for refund or replacement, and no further requests for the same product will be entertained.
  • You agree not to dispute Drench’s decision and accept that Drench shall not be held liable for refusal or cancellation.


Misuse of Return Policy

  • In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, Drench reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You. You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Drench in this regard.
